The program is currently in the alternatives analysis phase, where the City is evaluating potential approaches to determine the most effective and cost-efficient path forward. Because this work is still underway, the full program scope and cost have not yet been determined.
Throughout the planning process, the City is committed to providing accurate, transparent information and will share cost estimates only after they have been thoroughly evaluated and validated, ensuring the community receives reliable information rather than preliminary figures that may change.
